Since joining the firm in 2007, Marcy has developed expertise in providing project oversight on behalf of overseas equity partners in real estate developments. Her clients represent investment funds from various locales such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Japan. Marcy understands the unique requirements of her clients and excels at guiding them through the intricacies of the development process.
Over the past 22 years, Marcy has held a range of positions within the construction, finance and real estate industries in New York City. Her tremendous experience is an asset to both her not-for-profit and commercial clients at Levien & Company. She uses her wide network of professional relationships to assist clients in site selection and financing and to advance the firm’s business development.
Marcy remains active in the real estate community at large and has served as co-chair of the Program Committee for the Association of Real Estate Women. In 2005, she was named to the Top 50 Women in Real Estate by Real Estate Weekly and received the Women of Valor Award from the St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelter. Marcy was also named to the 40 Under 40 in 2003 by the New York Real Estate Journal and to the Top 20 Women in Real Estate in 2006 by Development New York.
Marcy has an M.S. in Construction Management from Pratt Institute School of Architecture and a B.A. in Communications from Ithaca College.
