Team Detail

Allison Robin Zampetti LEED AP

Allison is using her position as a Principal of Levien & Company to increase the firm’s networking and business development efforts, and nurture ongoing client relationships. Since joining Levien & Company in 2009, Allison has established expertise in cost control – including managing change requests, financial reporting and public funding sources – for more than $250 million in construction projects.  She is a highly experienced project manager in the institutional and residential sectors and has most recently completed Dwight-Englewood School’s new Hajjar STEM Center.

Allison takes pride in in her particular ability to distill information and simplify complex project components so they can be understood by all team members. This skill allows decisions to be made expediently by the team, which helps keep the project on budget and schedule.  Allison’s excellent communication skills and ability to motivate team members also helps to streamline her client’s projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Allison worked as a Project Manager for Richter & Ratner Contracting in New York City where she gained a breadth of knowledge and leadership skills managing interior renovations and new base building construction projects. The skills she learned working for a contractor have informed her expertise in the construction phase activities of a project, which her clients, and colleagues at Levien & Company, value greatly.

In addition to her work at Levien & Company, Allison is an adjunct professor at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate and teaches a graduate-level course in Construction Budgets and Cost Management.  She received her B.S. in City & Regional Planning from Cornell University, with a concentration in Architecture, and her M.S. in Construction Management from New York University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.  Allison is also on the Executive Board of the New York chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.
