By acting as the Owner’s representative, we allow our clients to better leverage their resources and focus on their core business or mission.
We organize the project, manage the day-to-day work of all the parties, and document key decisions and activities. With keen oversight of budget, schedule and quality, we lead the team in every step of a project, from the project programing, to evaluation of existing facilities or sites, design and construction documents, public approvals and funding, bidding and procurement, to construction monitoring, move-in and close-out. When complicated issues arise during any phase, Levien distills the information, provides the Owner with concise and clearly-defined options, and recommends a course of action.
