Shana Lev

Shana manages projects at Levien & Company with a dual emphasis on building strong project teams and serving as a dynamic client advocate.

Shana has 30 years of experience across a wide range of projects types in the United States, China and Israel. She came to Levien & Company in 2005 with 20 years of experience managing residential and corporate projects, where she developed her team building capabilities and the conviction that a strong and cohesive team is the core of a successful project.

As a former owner, Shana recognizes her primary goal is to advocate for and align herself with the needs and aspirations of her clients. As a result of her skill in team building, she enjoys an ongoing relationship with her clients long after the projects are complete.

In addition to private sector projects at Levien & Company, which include the relocation of a corporate headquarters for a prominent not-for-profit, the restoration of two outstanding landmark properties and the expansion of a major independent school, Shana has managed complex public projects, including two Public Private Partnerships (PPP) for major New York City parks, one at Randall’s Island and one at Union Square. She has also participated with Ken Levien in panel discussions relating to their experiences managing PPP’s.
