Jamile joined Levien & Company in 2014 and brings with her more than a decade's worth of project management experience within the construction industry. Prior to joining the firm, Jamile worked as a Project Manager for Turner Construction, where her projects included Hearst Tower, NYU’s Research Institute for Abu Dhabi and the Salvation Army Theater renovation. She was involved in all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction planning, cost estimating, bidding, construction contracts and purchasing, to onsite field management and quality control.
With a background in industrial design and architecture, Jamile brings a blend of experience to her projects. She specializes in renovation and retrofit projects and strives to perfect the processes of pre-planning, quality control and risk management. Her projects at Levien & Company include infrastructure upgrades and historic restorations at the Park Avenue Armory and major renovations at Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Ford Foundation.
Jamile studied architecture and industrial design and received her B.A. in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute.
