Ezra Monasebian

A project manager at Levien & Company, Ezra’s diverse range of expertise allows him to bring a holistic approach to his work and clients. His experience in a variety of fields, including urban planning, real estate development and expediting, enables him to combine financial sustainability with community awareness.

Prior to joining Levien & Company, Ezra was a project manager with an established New York - based ownership and development firm focusing on affordable housing and non-profit institutions. He also managed residential, commercial, community facility and mixed use projects around New York and New Jersey as an owner, owner’s represenative and consulting expeditor. Ezra has worked with the Urban Planning departments of New York, Yonkers and Chicago and spent two years doing Community and Economic Development work in Albania with the Peace Corps.

His current work includes the development of a 110,000 sf affordable housing project for Clinton Housing Development Corp. on Manhattan’s west side, the replacement of the Brooklyn Heights branch for the Brooklyn Public Library, and a new 71,000 sf Community Residential Resource Center in the Soundview neighborhood of the Bronx.

Ezra holds a Master of Urban Planning and Policy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Binghamton University.
