Sephardic Community Center
Brooklyn, NY
Levien & Company managed the construction of a 5-story addition adjacent to the existing building, which doubled the size of this 30-year-old community center to 85,000 SF. The original structure was renovated and two racquetball courts were added atop the existing building. The facility now includes two gyms, a large multi-purpose room, a health club/fitness center with pool, a daycare center, café, lounge rooms, a conference room, and staff offices.
