Levien & Company is providing advisory to the primary investor for this office building repositioning and full building gut-renovation. The project involves the removal of an entire floor at the base of the tower to create a double-height atrium and restaurant/retail space on the north and south sides of the lobby, and raising the slab height of each floor. It also requires a complete revamping of the building’s MEP systems. This is one of the most complex repositionings of a building ever undertaken and includes state of the art construction technologies. L&L is the developer for this project.
